OP's post is moronic because it presents a false dichotomy, an absurd fake choice between either lifting or running, and just because OP likes lifting, he unanimously declares that lifting is "better." This is no more silly that someone saying that red wine is better than white wine just because they think it so.
Some people love to run, some people love to lift. Whatever your passion is, you should pursue it to the fullest. And as for attracting the ladies, Noyankee is absolutely right. Women are attracted to confidence and someone who is passionate and knows what they're about (and is also fairly stable and in a good place in their life), and can hold a conversation and is interested in them without being needy. Looks are mildly important but as long as you are healthy and have good hygiene, it doesn't matter if you don't look like a body builder
