First thing you have to do is learn how to bench press and squat. Those are the most important things to start off with.
When you bench press make sure you keep your elbows tucked and on the way down control the weight in a slow manner down towards your chest. Then after touching your chest push the weight directly up. Do this for about 5 reps and 5 sets. You will do this every 4 days.
For the squat make you sure stand with feet about shoulder width apart. Descend downwards with a controlled effort. You want go below parallel by a good bit. Then push up keep your back totally straight the whole time. Don't worry about the weight, go light at first. Do this for 5 reps and 5 sets. Train every 4 days.
Also if you can do pull ups I recommend doing pull ups for 5 reps and 5 sets. If it's easy get a backpack and put some weights in there.
After you built up your strength a little in about 4-5 months you can start training accessory exercises like the pec fly, lat pull down, curls, triceps extension, etc. And also then it would be best to switch to higher reps, lower weight and slower negative so you can really blast your muscles and build them up.
For now those as a beginner you must first learn the proper techniques and training and build your strength before anything else.
