Is this is good program to use for all sprinters? What about 400m runners?

Not all cats are really cats. One size doesn't fit all even for "sprinters."
I think it's a good program for sprinters up to 400m. Tony knows what he is doing. Roger would be proud.

How does it work for 400m? Seems like the volume is low. Do the "predictor" workouts really accurately predict meet performance?
Also, why would kids get better? What are they developing if they do essentially the same workout 3x/week for 4 years?
I think it's good.
Saw it on Broadway, didnt understand it.
Seems like a pretty good system, we were switching to it this season but unfortunately that didn't work out.
I'm a distance coach with a only basic knowledge of sprinting but the key tenets jumped out at me as what I want to see; keeps athletes healthy, happy and running fast. Our previous sprint coach was a grinder and our kids did too much volume and we would wind up with many injuries and shin splints in addition to mediocre (at best) 4x4s that usually featured multiple distance runners
Training has consequences. It is great as a recruitment tool to keep kids with limited motivation in your program. Getting your fastest kids out for track. Your coaching system should always be athlete driven based on their abilities. The system is based off having indoor track and field along with two meets a week. One on Monday and one later in the week on Friday or Saturday. One could argue this system is racing your kids into shape. It also could be argued this is a good choice since IL has nearly a five month season. One must be careful of hamstring injuries and limited development in the longer sprint events. The system is solid for the reasons mentioned above and short sprinters.
Not a fan.
All it is goof for is getting the lazy but athletic kids to come out and stay on the team

You would have hated the film version
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
