maurica powell is assisting vin with the women's team. she and her husband left columbia, they were there last year.
That Vin wants to be coaching both men and woman so hired a very young and not so experienced coach so he can be in charge. I think there were plenty of good women out there that were interested but Vin wants to run the whole show so bringing in a name would not be in his plans.
