Then don't dope ...
Then don't dope ...
I know squat about distance doping, but I do know that his performance trajectory resembles that of some sprinters who have obviously been using, and have even been busted.
Some are still out there, like Pharmalita. Farah seems right up there.

Why don't you make a thread asking why this entire forum is screaming - 'Rupp is back baby' while the Britush media and athletics fans are hounding Mo out of the GB team? All because of his association with the American Al Sal and NOP, which he left in 2017, while Rupp boasts he is still.in 'personal' contact with sleazy Sal?
Maybe you could change your name to 'American fake tan'?
Galen always answers the doorbell
Galen has never had whereabout issues
Galen has never "visited" Aden
Galen didn't majically get way better in his late 20s
Galen didn't lie to every question ever asked him.
Galen has never disrespected the greatest distance runner ever (Gebresallasie)
Galen never cries to the press about anything bad that's ever happened to him. (Nor has his wife)
Mo????
The opposite of every scenario above.
England "knighted" Mo.
England "knighted" Coe.
Radcliff never got "knighted" but that's only because she's a she.
Three of UKs best ever runners, there.
Speaks volumes.
This is classic Lance Armstrong redux. Farah got greedy, couldn’t stay away from the adulation, and came back when he should have retired. He’s brought this upon himself with persistent lies and associating with seedy characters.
Letsrun just ran on the front page a picture of the 2-3-4 finishers in the men's trials, so don't think that Rupp's connection has been forgotten for one second here. Mo just admitted lying about his connection to Jama Aden AND his 2014 London Marathon injection, and he is also far more decorated than Rupp with 2011 and 2017 gold and silver and 2012/13/15/16 double gold.
That's ten gold medals and two silver medals for a guy who was an also ran until, what, age 28?
“Is it b/c of my colour?” Sickening... absolutely sickening! F’ing pos!

That was the picture because that was the most exciting part of the day, not because some kind of grudge against Rupp. Don't be daft.
Changing topics, Mo. What have you to say about your wife's business, British Manor Day Spa, stiffing all of those customers and staff in the Beaverton, OR area when the business suddenly shuttered? Or is that also too depressing to deal with?
mo farah left alberto salazar when accusations starting coming out. if mo farah was clean, then he would know that these accusations were BS and stayed with NOP but he didn't. and then what did he do? he went to get coached by paula radcliffe's coach of all people. he's definitely dirty
Mohammad Jihad Farah
Matt Cetrob*tch
Gaylen F*ck
All should be considered guilty by association.
Note that "Centrotits" would also be acceptable.
"Farah was tested six days after that race and the BBC reported that, despite listing a number of other products and medicines, he failed to record L-carnitine on his doping control form."
“When I came out I said to Barry, ‘Hey mate, they kept asking me about this supplement. What’s that?’ He said, ‘Yeah, it’s this, you did take it’, so I went straight back in and told them. I forgot, but as soon as I was told I ran back in. If I was a liar, why would I go straight back in? I said, ‘Look, I genuinely forgot, I didn’t know that. Now I do’.”
Listing a number of other products and medicines... So he takes so many other things he doesn't even remember what!!!
He needs to ask Barry what's L-Carnitine? Does he take things he doesn't even know? That doesn't mean he's clean, but it means managers, coaches, agents, etc. are also part of the doping problem. Put them all in jail!!!
How much and how many types of things are you injecting into yourself where you’ve come to the point that you don’t remember it or even what it was?
I do not feel bad for him; however, he doping like the rest, except his more talented
i loved that! lol! since 95% of the top guys he is competing with are the same skin color its hilarious! :) go mo go!!!
Aww poor Mo. OF COURSE it's because of his color. Smh
But this is currently about the links to Al Sal and the l-carnitine injections/denials.
Britain knighted Mo before any of this stuff, including doorbells and Aden, when the only suspicion was concerning his sudden improvement. It was the BBC that opened up the murky world of Al Sal and NOP and immediately there was pressure on Mo from the ordinary athletics fan to the Houses of Parliament.
You're actively defending Rupp, similar to most Americans here, just about every Brit here, just about every Brit making comments elsewhere online, thinks Mo should have his knighthood rescinded and his medals taken away. False equivalence.
Your allegation against Coe is just that, empty and unfounded. Circular reasoning too - Coe was dirty because he's British, therefore Brits are dirty because Coe was dirty.
Most of your doping apologist defences of Rupp only apply because, unlike Mo, Rupp was under Al Sal since he was 16, not 26. Just like he was taking testosterone medication from Al Sal from the age of 16.
Coe, Mo and Paula are not the three greatest endurance runners Britain has produced. First of all Mo is not British, his doping is 50% American and 50% East African, and unlike Coe, Cram, Ovett, and Moorcroft, he has never sniffed world record. Ovett and Cram were both far greater than Paula. Not to mention the multiple Olympic champions and greats Britain produced earlier in the last century, from Albert Hill to Roger Bannister.
It's not our fault that your 'greatest distance talent' in over half a century, isn't even in the same stratosphere as the likes of Ovett or Coe, and evidently even a b-level talent like Mo.
That despite him being coached and given peds since the age of 16 by a man now banned from the sport for doping offences.
https://www.runnersworld.com/news/a20807715/what-does-testosterone-medication-mean/LOL. No. Mo was knighted in 2017, when literally all of the above was already known.
Aden and Mo's lies, discussed here in 2016:
https://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=7635931Doorbell Mo and connection to murky NOP, for example here in 2015:
https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/other-sports/athletics/mo-farahs-doorbell-4-more-5905365As for defenders of Mo, look at to what extent his supporters here, like larkimm and rekrunner, continue to go, even now in 2020.

Dead Coevett giveaway. You're right that it's not Coe, Mo and Paula - it's Froome, Mo and Paula. All dirty. Your greats are tainted.
It is an established fact that every brit olympian in the past dozen or so years is filthy. State sponsored doping program. I don't know what doorbell mo or bobblehead are complaining. They got rich through cheating and neither are in prison yet. Without the doping program, both would be lucky to get a job cleaning the toilet at some third world shitehole chip shoppe in Leeds. Same goes for froome and wiggins. I'm sure that their bank accounts ameliorate their depression.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
