Why is Mo Farah lying so much about Jama Aden??

To save people the bother of clicking and trawling through that feed, that twitter user recently posted or retweeted an excerpt from Mo's autobiography in which Mo says he has known Jama Aden for years.

Because he's a dirty doper and doesn't want everyone to know

Was married to. The divorce happened as a result of Freud battling his father-in-law.

Freud's was also caught redhanded editing wiki pages and other social media content to the benefit of their clients.

Why so much ire about a guy who hasn't won world or olympic championship races in either championship record times or with margins greater than 1.0s (apart from 2015 10000m) and who most posters on here deny can be considered great because he can't run the great times of KB or HG?

(KB's average winning margin was 2.4s in the 5000m and 2.6s in the 10000m demonstrating clearly more dominance)

Objectively, lots consider him to be an also-ran in the pantheon of great 5000m and 10000m runners. So why do you yanks get so worked up about him? It's not as if he's beating any of your guys anyway, by LR logic he's just beating doped up Ethiopian and Kenyans who are lying about their ages and who aren't really that great anyway as the really good runners run city marathons.

I think that 3.28 1500 is hard evidence against him not being able to run quick in time trials.

I cannot recall him getting into a time trial type 5k/10k and going for a really quick time. His 12.53 5k PB was run while closing in 53 flat in Monaco in 2011. There had to be more in the tank if he got quicker pace and went for it.

Look at his short burst of improvement (13.08-12.57 in less than a year at 25/26), his literally unbeliveable European reocrd over 1500 (3.28 from a 3.39 guy at 25), his history of association with doping coaches and public lying about those associations, his missed doping test where he put forward some weak excuses (made less beliveable by subsequent lies about Jama Adan) and his tendency to base himself mainly in countries with no effective testing and train with dopers

If he was competing in a Moroccan (or Somali) singlet instead of a GB one then they would have been booing him off the track in London and Rio.

Video from Euro 5000m champs in 2006. Farah folds as Espana passes with 25m to go. Farah told a different story in 2010 when he beat Espana and became double Euro champ. But in no way was he a world beater in 2010. He started doping right around this time...he didn't run Euro champs in '14 since he has world/Olympic titles. It was now too beneath him.

So..... What could he possibly say that would make or cause you to believe him??? You already believe what you WANT to believe, not what is necessarily true. Get over yourself!!

2009. Watch Farah absolutely crash and burn on last lap. He drops 5 spots in last 300m.

This was 2009. Farah is 25 and should be his best. Tegenkamp is one year older than Farah there. Teg is now 34 and retired. He watches a guy who he used to drop win everything at 33. Absolute PEDs.

World 5000m 2013. Farah is unbeatable. He has had years or doping by this stage. His physiology is beyond incredible.

Thanks for the link. Bang on. After he bombed out in Beijing 2008, I think he must've decided to join the dark side. Between 2010 and 2011 he suddenly became invincible. A lot stronger in muscle, a lot faster, just different in appearance. But man was Bekele fast, see that change up in the last km.

Bekele was so strong. Just power. The one link is a race in front of the Brits. They had such high hopes for Farah...a Somali-born Brit...but he couldn't even hang with Aussie Mottram. I agree with you. I think Mo struggled so much that he decided to PEDs. The result is both legacy and murmurs of GOAT. How can you watch a 25/26 year old be such a non factor and then suddenly be unbeatable a year later setting up to be called GOAT? Bred with PEDs.

"yeah, i know him and have done some training around his group over the years. He is an experienced coach to many athletes and it is often good to ask questions and advise. I had no idea about any issues or links to doping and say nothing untoward when i was around that group. You cannot be responsible for the actions of everybody you brush up against in the sport"

Loudly denying any real knowledge or relationship with the guy begs the question - why? It also shows someone willing to lie blatantly to protect himself.
