Right, it's not you, people who vigorously defend him and post shirtless pic of him online that help promote his bogus supplements, it's people who criticize him. Makes total sense.
He had to have known he was not going sub-3, which is likely why he gave up so early. God forbid his "brand" suffer by him revising down his goals to sub 3:30.
We'll see what he does from here but that was not a good performance and he should own up to it if he wants to be taken seriously as a fitness professional.
