How we doing folks
I am an evil sort, fat, with family commitments, underlying conditions, dodgy feckin joints (not the good kind) and nearly 40. My pal is a diddy (scots for a tit) and trains all the time and instead of emotionally supporting his pal through the fat times, he is a wee magnanimous gimp.
I have time to exercise 4 times per week for 3 months following bugger all.
Not bad turn of speed back in the day - sub 1.50 800m and 4min mile ball park. Tried 2miles today couldn't even get under 8mins a mile. Fucking joke of man honestly.
However, I want to beat wee feckin bawjaws, out the blue, 18 mins 5k will do, someone take pity and lob me a programme that involves feck all other than me putting trainers on 4 times a week for around 30 minutes. Body is incapable of anything else. 12 weeks. 18min 5k. Two finger salute to the fud, give it laldy then back on the bevvy and the fat life. I have a gym membership that does classes n shecht as well.
Can it be done?
