Do you guys really see Tinman Elite being one of the best pro teams? Discuss.

I am rooting for every Tinman athlete, but the answer is no.
I didn’t know RW still exists.

"next great pro running team?" the ONLY great pro team that Ive heard of was NOP
Haha. Tinman Elite will get this title they do crave by default as the Nike teams age out or get busted. There is no other “team” of post collegiate men after NOP gets disbanded. It seems like the shoe company want to gather up female runners. Tinman a Elite is not doing its self any favors with their bombastic claims. Though it seems like all they want is attention with the YouTube and the merch not through results. Sad.
Why, because the Boss Babes are doing so much better? For a group without a main sponsor yet, they've sustained remarkably well for three years. They're stronger over their first few years than a lot of groups that have corporate sponsorship. Time will tell whether that continues, but it certainly is noteworthy in the time and place where they're doing this given the legacy of the past couple of decades. Remember Pete Julian, Steve Jones, and the Boulder Distance Project? Hardly lasted that long, lost momentum and splintered in the usual Boulder way. https://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=2113582
Why do you guys like bashing my guys?(I'm just a fan)They absolutely should believe in their group, work ethic, training. If you're not thinking like that you would be a garbage professional runner.
What a joke. Can't they talk about anything but themselves?
Tinman Elite is an embarrassment to this sport and this country.
I don't really know much about the international running scene. What are the current top pro running teams in the world?
I have to imagine that there are plenty of training groups in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Japan that are in no danger of being surpassed by Tinman, but I honestly don't know what teams exist and which runners are part of which teams.
Go TINMAN! Dream it, Believe it, Achieve it!
Their coach has one of the most confusing explanations for his training philosophy:
Schwartz’s training focuses on what he calls critical velocity (CV), a hard but not-too-hard pace that improves the aerobic capacity of the fast-twitch muscle fibers responsible for endurance and sustainable intermediate speed. “Technically, CV is about 90 percent of VO2 max; but for the average runner, think of it as a few seconds per mile faster than your 10K race intensity,” says Schwartz, “or an effort that’s sustainable for 30 to 35 minutes.”
So using his training program I'm going to set a 10K PR every week? Isn't the goal to run fast in races?
Being one of the best pro teams long term means they need to secure a serious sponsor. The best teams have the money to pay the best athletes. Based on their showing at club nationals I don’t see it happening. They won easily, but they looked like amateurs and won’t be able to capitalize on that success like they could have.

What on Earth are you trying to say
I think he doesn't understand that training at CV doesn't mean you are ONLY training for a 10k race. He just needs to brush up on his exercise physiology. #readabook
Hey di**heads, you’re not a pro if you’re unsponsored and still suckling off your parents teet at 26. You’ll never be a pro team, because you are not pros.
The Coconino Cowboys are way better and could destroy Tinman in pretty much any race.

It's "teAt" bro.
Maybe they'll be better than NAZ Elite by this time next year. Maybe.
NOP is shut down and they will still win the medal count 10 years from now.
