Whats the fastest you have ever ran?

Obviously being majority middle distance and long distance runners here, I think most of us would have un-official sprint PRs?

When my 200m PR was 24.2, I ran 2x200m and 2x150m in a training session in 24.2, 23.8, 18.0, 18.1.

How much faster is a 100m final leg or a 4x100m relay than a real 100m? I was clocked via video camera timer as doing 11.0 or just under 11seconds for the final leg of my relay once, assuming my starts are of average distance runner quality (ie. Not the best).... what do you think I could run in a 100m?

i think i got a 200 pr when these mexican guys started chasing me once, i don't know how far i went or how long it was, but i felt like i was moving the fastest i ever have.

Unless its out of the block and FAT I wouldnt trust it in 200ms or less. Ive ran 22.8 handtimed

200m hand-timed timetrial of 23.6 as a Junior in High School. Also ran a 51.1 400m relay split that year and a 1:58 800m.

Also have a PB's of 4:00 for 1500m, 15:10 for 5k, 31:40 for 10k and 2:25 for the marathon.

I was decent at most every event but not great at anything.

I had my share of wins because most of my career I was a distance runner and with 23 sec 200m speed all I had to do was stay with the leaders till the last 200m and then sprint away for the win. Unfortunately I also changed events alot thereby not focusing on one event long enough to make it to the next level.

My first love in high school was the 800m but as a short (5'8") white guy my coaches kept telling me I should be a distance runner. I guess they never heard of Coe, huh.

Ahh! Ahh! It's 'have RUN' not 'have RAN.' I ran - OR - I have run. Where is this coming from? I see it here 15 times a day.

I cannot understand it either, it is simply amazing.

GO BACK TO School. Learn your native language.

You morons think that no one notices, but they do. I will not hire someone if they make such an awful gaffe in vernacular. Not because of the gaffe, per se, but because they obviously do not pay attention to detail if they cannot speak their native language properly.
