Hey I completely missed your point. My botch. But I suppose this means your age minus 25 minutes or so, which is about what I run at 80: 52-55 10K, 1:20 or so 15K. Depending on your age you must be running around in the forties, which is great for a geezer.
I still wonder how much people lose in speed with age. I hardly dare do an all out quarter for fear of injury but I imagine I could do my age without trouble otherwise. I think I could do miles under 7.
