Week 14
Not a lot to say for these past 2 weeks. I hit my 10k PR about a month ago and have not been doing hard workouts since then. I feel like I am in 1:21ish hm shape or better and if I did 2-3 weeks of interval/tempo runs I would be ready to run fast again. I may do a hm time trial but it is hard to keep putting the miles in right now without a race to look forward to. I am now doing all my runs outside (not great because there is a lot of elevation gain) because my gym is closed and I do not own a treadmill.

Super baby workout. 16*(.75@7:30-7:50, .25@6:10-6:30) was done on a non flat trail so hard ot be consistent with pace. Kept it was because I was hitting some big miles.

Pretty chill weeks
last three weeks have been pretty solid. No workouts really, just miles. I did hit a new 7 day mile PR and weekly mile PR.
3/29-4/4 was 105.1 miles at 7:28 average pace. Did not really feel beat down till the 14 mile run on 4/4.
I do not have a ton of structure to my runs anymore. Just plug in miles when I can.
