Will he be able to get away with his dirty racing tactics? Pushing other runners, cutting to the inside of the boundary lines when he thinks the person in front of him should just move out of the way for him.
I think the answer to my first question is that he does not get away these tactics, so he would not win NCAA anything due to disqualification.
