There doesn't need to be a 4K HD image of the act to tell it happened. Look at the Taylor Swift case, where a radio DJ wad accused of grabbing her ass. Looking at the famous photo, it is clear from her reaction that something is wrong. Someone who takes thousands of photos with fans over the years is clearly very uncomfortable in this photo and is leaning away from the guy. I hope this posts correctly; if not, just do a quick Google search for the photo.

If she has been touched repeatedly by other runners during her report as you say, why no reaction at all until this particular runner touches her? Clearly, he touched her much differently from the others. Her reaction is immediate and is one of horrified disbelief that she has had her ass slapped. I, for one, am 100% convinced he slapped her ass and this meets the definition of sexual assault.
