The preponderance of evidence here indicates he slapped her butt. A person can argue whether or not this meets the definition of "sexual assault" but it is very hard to argue against him touching her. I think those saying he may not have are simply trolling to get a rise out of other posters.

As I have said again and again, I do believe he should be prosecuted, and I believe that, should he be found guilty of sexual battery, he should be compelled to do some sort of relevant community service for 40 hours, preferably with women who have fled abusive relationships. Four hours a weekend for 10 weekends hardly constitutes destruction.

here's the deal: it's really easy to avoid getting in trouble, just don't hit someone you don't know. Not hard. If you're dumb enough to break that rule then you get to pay the stupid person tax and enjoy being "canceled" (as they say now).

Her reaction makes me very sad because it seems like he triggered something bad, and I am not saying that in a mean-spirited way. I genuinely feel sad about her reaction. It isn't the normal reaction someone would give after a pat on the backside. I can see embarrassment, annoyance or even anger, but she looks very scared in an innocent way and it just makes me sad.

As for him, the act was highly inappropriate and I wonder if he even knew what he was doing. Why in the world would anyone do that in 2019? Like, even if you are a serial abuser, you would know not to do that on live camera. It doesn't make any sense.

I am starting to wonder if Twitter is paying people to do this kind of thing.
