I don't mind paying for the feed, as long as the feed doesn't suck...which it usually does.

And will we also have to pay to see the replays??
Nobody going to be cool and put this up??
Kelati is GONE

I'm still upset they took a live streamed collegiate event and put it behind a paywall. I get it for pro track but this was a low blow.
Man, I agree. Really sucks.
It really should be free, or provided by the host institution. Most people trying to watch this are college students who don't have the money to waste on a month or year of meets when they can't watch a lot because they're competing when they're on, elsewhere. Even if they just provided college meets free to anyone with a .edu email address that would be alright.
It further shows how flawed the subscription model is. I'd probably pay $10 to watch D1 xc alone, but I'm not going to shell out $30 for a month when I know I won't watch anything else or whatever else I want is on another subscription service. They should have options to watch a single team's schedule, single meets, etc for less than the monthly fee.
Kelati wins. Arkansas barely takes team title over BYU
I think last year I avoided letsrun for a couple weeks then found coverage on youtube.
At some point the flotrack founders saw and analyzed the letsrun traffic and said let's capture as much viewing as we can and then charge a rate. Even if they only get a small percentage of lrc it's clearly profitable enough to have a staff, negotiate rights with NCAA, etc.

Judy Pendergast DFL. Wasn't she good at one time?
I used to love rearranging my college apartment, running the respective cords from my laptop to the TV and then eating a sub while watching hard to come by track/xc webcasts. The virtue was in being tech savvy enough to do it and a hardcore enough fan to set it all up.
Footlocker Saturdays and NCAA mondays are a thing of the past now

No, her teammate was DFL. Harvard DFL in the team scores.
The last girl was over 2 minutes back of the 2nd to last one. I wonder if she fell on the course?
WooPig! Go Razorbacks!
if Stanfords #1 was in she would have only needed to be 18th or better in team scoring for them to win, ouch, they had a real shot.
U of O women not too good compared to Washington. Does coaching matter or talent?
T.M.A.D.D.D.H.A.S.F.N.E.
Quick take on the women's race:
-Wow, BYU looked good. Knew they had a chance. Their #4 killed their shot
-Arkansas is serious
-Of course Harvard got last. Anyone legitimately surprised?
-Big props to Boston College
-Huge race by Air Force women. Who knew a female service academy could place top 10??
-I would say the season was a disappointment for both Colorado and New Mexico, despite Kelati's win
-Any team more inconsistent than Washington this year??
-The overall quality of the women's race seemed to be exceptional
On to the men. How cool would it be to actually watch the race?

It's reasonable to assume the bottom ~10 runners in a field of this size had some issue come up during the race that caused them to be so slow.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
