Sprained my ankle (minor, grade 1) a week before racing the Berlin marathon. Taped it up and got through it with no real pain but now, 3 and a half weeks later, it's still bothering me. Seems to get better then get worse again. Didn't run on it at all for 10 days afterwards and have only been doing recovery pace stuff occasionally since then when I had no pain. Did a 10k this morning, again with no real pain during the run, and now it's bothering the hell out of me now. It's over 4 weeks since the original injury occurred now. Any advice how to finally end this crap?
