OP here. Saw my 3rd physio. States it is glute med, brought on through generally weak lateral hip/leg/stuff. I was notably weaker on one side.
So, prescribed body weight exercises to moderate fatigue 3 times per week (clams; hydrants; side raise; single leg bridge; hip drops; side plank leg lift) good to run every other day (only if pain free) and keep it under observation. He’s not thinking I’ve re-injured. After 2 weeks, evaluate and if okay, increase the intensity on the strength work.
