What’s up everybody, I’ve got state qualifying cross country meet this Thursday and wondering how I can get the fastest time possible. My previous PR is 18:30, I ran that with 5:44, 6:14, 6:14 on the same course which is entirely flat. How I can maybe rearrange these splits to run faster total time? I believe with state on the line I will be able to push harder in the back end of the race for sure. Also anything else I can do this week to help do the best possible. Thanks
