It's almost a joke.

so what? Why not specialize in the 800/1500? Serious question, don't fvck around Jamin, you have talent, PUT IT TO USE PROPERLY.
You should be going for low 1:50's and sub 4:10 mile or 1500m equivalent. Until then, forget about longer distances and focus on your speed, which seems to be your strong suit
Jamin, how long could you have paced Kipchoge in his sub-2 hour marathon?
You need to get you some cheater fly shoes and el carnitas injections!
do you even run more than 60 mpw? (and I’m talking about consistently too, not just the odd week). you need a base, there is no other way

Yes, ran 77 last week and will run 60-70 this week. Consistent all year and PB. No injury for several years. Also been doing less speed the past few months and more solo tempos and hills.

Endurance takes patience.
You should be able to easily run a half-marathon at 33 10k pace.
Sounds like a head issue to me

you should be able to do 31 and change---my speed sucked, but I ran 32:30 and my 5k PR was a good 30 seconds back of yours-I ran 60-70 back in college days--you should be able to do it with consistent weeks and a few races such as 10 milers also...Good luck!
I saw you raced at western washington today.
It's fine I hate the 8k much less 10k....
If you’re running that type of mileage, then you must have no clue how to properly train.
Please retire from both running and this site. Do yourself and us a big favor.
You’re gonna have to run faster if you want to have a shot at that Levchenko girl.

She has an attractive sister too. A brunette.
Well….I have tried to reach out to you here and on Strava . But you don`t take the chance to let the Magic Wizard
coach you. On just 50-60 mpw I can guarantee I will have you run 14:30 and 30:00 at 5k/10 k if you follow and listen to
what I give . And a faster 1500/mile will just come as an extra bonus... ))) Can you try to understand that you train just wrong!
You need to do your very best individual paces in training. Now …...this will be your last chance to be coached by me for free,
Aren`t you even curious what will happen if you take on the DANCAN -system? Will you keep on like this with your unstructured training and once in the future tell yourself " I wonder what had happen if I had followed JS? "
Now, take the last chance to success !
I need to try something different. I am definitely open to DANCAN.
JS, do you have a magic plan for a mid-distance runner?
YES!
I coach all distances from sprint up to ultra with excellence!
We already had one dude from the boards trained by JS but who knows if he was the real deal. Jamin cannot be faked. DO IT

MY BODY IS READY!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
