Would I run faster using Nike Streak LT4 for the Indoor 5k or the Nike Vaporfly 4%? I've never seen anyone wear vaporfly for an indoor 5k but I have heard about people wearing them and having good races.
Same question for the 10k. Streak LT4 or Vaporfly? I have seen run track 10ks with the vaporfly 4% and they are decent runners (~30:00-31:30).
My goal for the indoor 5k is anything faster than 15:30 and my goal for the outdoor 10k is sub 32. I am using these two races as speed-training races for a half marathon I am running in the spring, where I will be wearing the Nike Vaporfly Next %. Since I will be wearing the vaporfly for my peak race, and I consider myself more of a half-marathoner/marathoner, should I even wear the Streak LTs since I won't be using them for my peak half marathon race?
