If I randomly drop a bomb in any part of the United States and Brazil intending to wipe out football (soccer) players because I find them annoying, where would I be most successful? It's that simple. There are more elite-level distance runners in Kenya and Ethiopia than the rest of the world combined. Similarly, you're more likely to catch a doper there than in New Zealand, which has only three distance runners of note.
No it's not that simple you clown. 3 of the 7 Kenyan finalists from 800 to 5000 men's in London 2017 have failed tests (an one of the others - Rotich- has been involved in a doping scandal AND is the training partner of one of the 3 caught doping). Kenya did not enter more runners in those events than many other countries, and the three who got caught (and any of the other four if they were doping) would likely not even have made the final if they hadn't been doping.
Kenya has abysmal testing standards, even now, so you're not 'more likely to catch a doper there than in New Zealand'.
Nobody disputes what emerged out of the Kiprop bust - that Kenyan testers are corrupt and give advanced warning of tests in return for bribes. Nobody can seriously dispute the documented fact that EPO has been on sale in pharmacies in every high street in places like Iten.
Dirty doping apologist (although Kenyan doping is small scale to some of the other things you apologize for).
