Hills are overrated. The effect of every workout depends on intensity, duration, and recovery. Jog down recovery isnt that much and it doesn’t sound fast enough to be anaerobic capacity training. Sounds like a typical “hills are the end-all” workout that loads of coaches do. The sprinting the last one seems unwise. Why go 90% for most of it and then say, f#*k it, just kidding, I decided that I do want to trash your legs now!
