Young running for NAU would be amazing.

Allred to BYU
Best combo of athlete + coach talent thus far for distance on the guys’ side. We’ll see where Nico goes. Could see Allred winning a NC with Eyestone (as a 25 year old senior..). Seems to get better the higher the distance.
Not happening. Ever.
Will post some great times though.
Allred has zero speed and will always get outkicked.
He ran a 4:09 mile as a sophomore. Clearly he has some speed
The best choices for Nico would be NAU, CU or Virginia. All could bring him an NCAA title and put him on the path for a US title.

Don't need a ton of speed in XC. Sometimes the fittest guy just runs away from the field. In fact, probably the majority of XC championships are 5+ seconds and longer pushes from 1K-2K out, but also there are the big blowouts--Goucher, Ches, etc.
A J Green to Kansas
Is Nico not gonna sign in the early period? I would totally be shocked if he doesn't commit tomorrow. Same thing goes for Strangio as I would assume that both of these guys are just about getting fulls offered if not both than four sure Nico he ran 8:40 for 3200 and Strangio ran 8:47 for 3200
Might be waiting for track season to see how teams perform there.
Have heard Iler is most likely going Ivy route. He goes to a pretty prestigious, rich high school, so no surprise there.

CU or NAU would be killer. I would say no to Virginia. They are not that good and years away from getting good.
I don't think Nico is looking at Colorado sadly. NAU I know is an option for him.
Btw today is national early signing day so please share where everyone is committing to when you find out.
kid can run 4:09 at least

The only 3 huge names left are Nico Strangio and Allred in regards to XC/ Distance
Also 3 800 Elites who haven’t committed yet with Brandon Miller AJ Green and Conor Murphy.
Strangio got rejected by Stanford so now he may be stuck having to slum it with UCLA HAAA!!!
Matt went on trips to NAU, Oregon, Washington, Stanford, Portland.
Before Mitt went to UNC, Stanford was a lock for Matt.
AJ Green signed with Kansas.
