so I've been running 75 mile weeks (+/- 5-6 miles) for the past 6 weeks or so. I'm a little tired, but none the worse for wear and no injuries to speak of. I would really like to try for 100 miles next week (arbitrary? nah, it's the first three digit number...) and was wondering what people thought of progressing logically (say, 80 to 85 to 90 to 100) versus jumping up from 75 or so up to 100. I don't think that I'd be trying to stay in that range (100), but would probably drop back into the mid-80s. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
