Th: AM - 4800 16:54, 3’ jog, 1600 (5:44), 10 total. Failed 3-2-1 workout. Hot and frustrated. 83 + 75, sunny, and breezy. PM - 4 easy
Fr: AM - 10 @ 7:40; PM - 4 “easy” (103 heat index in midday sun)
Sa: 20 @ ~6:49 with breaks, 81 + 73 at the start (6 a.m.), up to 87 + 74 at the end.

We: AM - 8x1k @ 3:19.3 avg. w 200 (1’) jog, 12 total, mild 71 + 63 and sunny; PM - 4 pretty easy
