Would anybody be able to give me a list of symptoms that may arise from not eating enough? I run 60-70 mpw, and have started a job on a construction site where I am on my feet all day.
I run in the morning before work, from 5-6 am, and don’t eat till 12-1 pm. In between that time, I feel quite cold and tired, but I don’t know if that’s from not eating or simply because I woke up early. Also, I tend to save the majority of calories at night. I’m also trying not to stick to a specific calorie target, just eating big 2 meals a day.
I’m male 6’2”, 150 lbs, 20 years old.
