Felt better this week than last week, probably because I got a lot more sleep. Happy I added the two easy runs on workout days, Helps me get a little more mileage and keeps me from getting bored. The tempo on friday was the best one so far, it was cool and dry out - did it in my infinity runs which are kinda heavy but was happy how it felt.
