Did they just have a baby?
I can see it now. In 25 years their child will be "16" with the best Italian coach out there.

I think their first child was born in Atlanta so the birth was accurately documented. Also the non altitude factor will come into play as well.
*Note to self: EPO cannot be used for birth control.
Will people consider him an American? Some people on this board don’t consider Fisher to be a Canadian, even though he was born in Canada and lived there for years before moving to the US.
Won't be world-beaters. Will grow up with money and desire to be different than parents. And, if they spend time in America, will eat Doritos and play Fortnite. Nurture trumps nature. Haile G. grows up in the US, he is chubby kid who overcomes that and is a 28:20 All-American in college. Galen R. grows up in Ethiopia, he is leaner and stronger, and ends up being a WR holder. Same reason that all the Ethiopian runners are from the country. . . A nice life is not conducive to becoming a champion.
Regression towards the mean = probably not as fast as their parents.

Man, I'm laughing pretty hard.

Fisher has dual citizenship, has an American mother and has lived in the U.S. since at least 7th grade, but you think he should considered to be a Canadian?
My daughter was born in Japan, has a Japanese mother, moved to the U.S. at age 2, doesn't speak Japanese and has dual citizenship. Should she be considered Japanese?

It depends - does she look Japanese?

Ok, then, we should change the title of the thread. I guess Sihine’s child will never be considered American.

You guys really should quit the creep act.
I would love to know more about why Sihine disappeared from the world scene so abruptly and never came back. Winning those silver medals while sacrificing himself for his team was super impressive... he was almost on Bekele’s level for a few brief moments.
wait so you are saying different races of people have different genetics? thats highly racist!!

Most of the half Asian girls I've seen don't look asian and a lot of them are gorgeous. My first wife had a Japanese mother and attended a HS at Yokota Air Force base in Tokyo where there were a lot of half Asian girls. I saw an old picture of her with about 20 classmates and they all had model potential.

I don't know the details. Did the Sihines move here? If he grows up here, for sure he would be like any other American kid.

+1
Ain't going lie. One of the hottest chicks I've ever saw was at a Japanese restaurant. A waitress, by the looks of it was half black and half Japanese.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
