I have no problem with the seaweed (even swallowing them). It's the sport drink inside that's worrying. They need to provide plain water versions.

Nice innovation but why mile 23? No one wants to be chugging on sports drinks / gels at that point. Give us water at mile 23 and do the novelty stuff instead of water at 10 say.
