The strange alt right commentary that sneaks into even a very fun, light-hearted thread such as this is truly alarming. I am proud of Let'srun for allowing people to freedom to speak their minds but am utterly appalled at what this community has deemed appropriate.
I am out for good.
Trolls, you didn't win. You will just be a sad act with no one watching on what used to be a grand stage.
To my fellow runners, see you on the roads.
Am I missing some deleted comment?
How many couple with two kids or more? Where the wife has had 2+ kids?
Bunch a 20 somethings posting here. Once you have kids running for 3+ hours all the time becomes very very hard unless you want to be a deadbeat parent
20 somethings also aren't married. So if you ask just married couples you rule so many of them out.
What's it like to be single in your 60s?

Doesn’t count. Boston is net downhill. Sorry, try again.

are we unnecessarily restricting this to some sort of heterosexual norm for some reason?
No, but at least one member of the duo must fall below pending testosterone level guidelines in order to be record eligible.

What percentage of married couples can pull off that feat? Obviously there's a few pro couples like the Halls and the Bruces, but if you had to put a number on the total, would it be more than 500 married couples?
According to the IAAF list 587 American woman ran sub 3 last year. So there are probably well less than 500 married couples that could do it in a given year.
So nobody outside the US can do it!

I run sub 3, and have no wife. I bang sub 3 women. I win.
OP how many kids? I think over 1000 'couples' in the US can run sub 3. I think under 500 'married' couples. I think 1% with kids can run under sub 3. So if you don't have any kids then STFU.
