120-130 k/week
When in good shape 195-36=159. 145-36=109. About 70% of heart rate reservee. Up to 225km/wk.
I alternate. Twice a month I go out the door at a "push" pace. Twice a month I just jog for a cople of hours
I like to start out 14-18 mile long runs @ 7:30 pace and gradually bring it down to 6:15 pace or so for the last mile.
