Here is my revised two sentence essay :
Conrats to Greg (authors note : congrats is not a real word). His top 20 placing help secure the USA team's 4th place.
Congratulations, Greg. If you get on here, I would love to hear about your experience and training leading up the World Championships. Great job and enjoy your recovery! Are you going to write a song about your experience???

Links to both men's and women's results can be found at the web site linked below. Congrats to Howard Nippert on another top 10 finish as well as Ann Lundblad and the entire US Women's team for an awesome performance.
The men's race once showed that Howard Nippert is the best ultra guy in the U.S (God forbid he does not race every month but instead chooses to represent his country). He has consistently shown that he knows how to show up when its really on the line. Congrats to Howard and the rest of the American squad, job well-done!
That is only Greg's second race at 100K, and maybe 4th above a marathon- great future for him! He trains about 70-80 miles/week from what I gather....

That is not impressive buddy! Only idiots would race 100k, this second attempt means he is now twice as dumb as he was the first time. This is even worst than the triathlon and proves nothing since the level of competition is simply anyone who wants to try. Probably no talent involved.
It's the equivalent of winning the WNFL Super Bowl the first year.
Then regale us with stories of your exploits wearing the USA uniform!
