Who?
He's a washed up has been.
Wow - talk about downgrades.
Ran 4:04 and 8:55 in HS, ran for NAU but dropped out a year ago
He is a 16 minute 5k guy who was a HS stud but then got immersed in the internet.
Soren Kundsen
UO roster used to be the whose who among college track now I recognize about 3 of those names

Not really any use though because of the athlete fraud, they are not even allowed to compete

*13:50
15:16 at US Juniors last summer.
We’ve seen these posts before. Nobody Cares. Nobody would even know who he is or care about his running career if he didn’t make an entire YouTube channel dedicated to his running career.
Dude dropped out of NAU of all places his freshman year, he strikes me as the kind of guy who wouldn’t have gone to college if not for running.

Huh? He ran under 14, training himself and by himself. Why are you so bitter? Do you not have your own struggles to deal with?
Just stop. Seriously. wrote:

nah he ran under 14 by sharpening the fitness he gained while at NAU by himself.
then his performance suffered.
and now we've come full circle
Regardless, he ran under 14. He’s fast. He may be a little egotistical but he shared his training and life for everyone to see. Most don’t put themselves out there like that, I give him credit for that. Seems like a genuine, good person.
Unlike keyboard trolls like you. Sorry you have a stick up your arse still. Easy to be bitter when you’re a washed up never-made it. People like you are what’s wrong with this world and website.

Wrong.
His training logs are public.
He took months off after XC season with zero running. Trained himself and was under 14 in a few months. Got sick and lost the fire again training by himself. Looks like he’s found a new path, so hopefully he stays on it.
Knudsen-Cain. Slagowski-Jenks. Krahn-Ping. The females get a bad rap but there is an equivalent guy for every one of them.
I don't think anyone has been bitter in the posts. People are just calling it as they see it. That doesn't mean they want him to fail, just that they think he will.

Huh? I admittedly have no idea who the third guy is, but I’ve seen Knudsen and Slagowski get trashed on here way more than Cain and Jenks.
There is another thread right now on Krahn. He is the national record holder who ran 4:09 and 8:58 as a freshman but has disappeared. He is from MN like Ping.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
