Hey guys, what do you think I could run a 5k in with this workout I did: 2x1 mile, followed by 1x800 with 2:00-2:16 minutes of rest/jogging. Splits: 5:47, 5:44, 2:40. Felt good running, did not feel that fast, held back the first lap of each mile.

Not knowing anything else with your training, when you raced last, and the time you ran for the 5k, I'll go 18:27, again, solely off the workout you listed.
