I'm trying to improve my 100mrter time from 15.6 sec to sub 12 sec., any chance you might have advice for that?
Unfortunately i can't give you professional advice. I'm coaching only long distance running.

Sounds interesting. :) I started 3 years back with the same arrangement to coach for free to prove my system. What happened with my first coached guy, a Norwegian, in just 2½ month coaching I think you know by now.
If your basic system is good you will see improvement in your runners quite fast. It will not take a year to figure out.Just a question: Why do you think your system is good just for 5k-marathon and not like mine for 800m- Ultra marathon ?
What I can tell you for sure is that your system must touch the 3 most important factors for the result, maxVO2-pace, lactate threshold-pace and the very best aerobic power- pace. These are the main factors for the result in every known successful system until today. Good Luck !

The main goal is to develop world class runners, however, i want to prove myself and everyone else that my system work for everyone. So everyone is welcome, it's a 12-month approach. After that everyone should improve if they commit, at the moment everyone is welcome, then things will change a bit in a year.
I just forget to give you an advice where to find presumptive world class runners to coach for free. There are tons of them in Africa. I have to be very selective nowadays when it comes to free coaching. So many African runners want to be coached for free because most of them can`t afford to pay a fee.
Thanks Jan! Of course it works for ultra marathon and also for shorter distances, 3000, 1500 and even 800 as they require mostly aerobic effort. I said 5k-marathon as i have experience with those distances and it's easier to get it right at the start.
Well..... you don`t know yet if it works on every runner regardless level . You told yourself this is a trial period of a year to figure out. Most runners looking for a coach are " impatient " and want to see quite fast improvement . They can`t wait a year for the improvement to happen.

Sounds intriguing! Thanks for the offer to coach for free. I’m going to run a half-marathon in April 2019 (Freiburg), but I’d also like to improve my speed in the mile/1500 and up to 5k during the build-up phase. Is this doable?
PRs
1600: 5:23 (10/2018)
3200: 11:20 (11/2018)
5k: No idea
10k: 38:47 (11/2018, gun time, extremely windy day)
NEVER coach ANYBODY 'for free'.
Regardless of the athlete's level of athleticism/competitiveness, they should compensate you. Beginner, hobby jogger, semi-competitive, good, or elite... they should compensate you.
Even if you have the opportunity to coach a legitimate elite athlete, NEVER do it for free. If that athlete won't compensate you for your time, they DO NOT deserve your business. Also, do not think that a notch on your belt/resume is worth the trade-off of working with high level athletes.
I'm doing this to validate my research and training system. Of course in time athletes that i'll work back will compensate my work without having to ask them.
