Whenever I remember to sprinkle a generous helping of tumeric on my food, it does seem to help a little with my various pains.
If Subway is feeling very adventurous (or desperate) he could try Fisetin, which is an extract found in Strawberries. It was recently found to be one of the most effective senolytics, which kill the dead (senescent) cells that accumulate in our bodies with age and are known to trigger inflammation and have been linked to just about every aging related disease. It appears you would have to take very high dosages for a couple of days at a time, every few months or so, and as nobody has ever done this before until very recently, it would be a bit risky.

Yes you lay there at night worrying, been through that. Then you worry about injuries, relationships and then worry what your lack of sleep will do to these.
