That's because you are too fragile, you need to gain a bit of weight. I use too be around that weight too(but a bit shorter), I use too get injured very easily. To the point where I quit running(I thought I wasn't meant to run) for about six months and just focused on lifting and building muscle. In about six months I went from 115-120 ibs to about 135 ibs or so. After about six months I got the running bug again and started running again. Since coming back and keeping my strength and weight up, I have not been out with any major injuries(knock on wood). Most runners put too much emphases on being lean and as light as possible. And very little on being strong. It is like a car, if it is too light and fragile it will fall apart.
