Idk why this is still high up on the boards, that post was referring to yesterday. We didn't have practice that morning anyway because of the rain, roads are starting to flood so it's getting pretty hectic. The reason I was semi concerned about temperature was because it was a shock to the system (legs might have felt numb) compared to 60-80 degree weather, plus rain and strong wind. It would've been tough, but I ended up doing 800s around noon instead, and then 6 miles in the P.M. This morning I just switched the workout to 600s since yesterday afternoon was a half workout.
