WTF is aim diagonally? The bullets come straight out of the end of the gun toward whatever it's aimed at. Boulder PD is a buncha Barney Fifes.

1. Murder in boulder is highly unusual. I think there are only something like 3-4 murders annually (on average) in all of Boulder County. Pretty great for a city its size
2. Boulder is becoming known for tech jobs and it’s pretty competitive getting a job in that here.
