Milesplit reports Tuohy broke Bowdoin record again, 16:45, supposedly in another "workout" but who knows. Will have to see if there is a post race interview

If you knew anything, you wouldn't be saying anything. ;-)

If you know anything, which you don't, you'd be silent and sit, listen, and learn. Sad little Saturday hobby jogger, Triggered!!!! How many people were in the race this morning, 6? I bet you beat at least 2 of them:):):):):)
Team victory for North Rockland again. Getting stronger week after week. Of course, Morales would need to recover quickly.
Good race for Fagelman (PB of 20:38. Improves from her 21:03 PB from last week)) and Pezzementi (SB of 20:42 - getting closer to her PB of 19:50 from last year)
Solid run by Ruffino (20:18) on this very difficult course, she ran 20:09 on this course last year.

Like I said, stupid. lol
Foot Locker for Tuohy!!
Seriously, you're congratulating a girl that runs 20:42 with a PB of 19:50?? She ain't getting back to that this year.

Truth be told, I'm a moron and have yet to break 20 for 5k. So yeah, I'm stupid and triggered big time! I just don't understand training and racing for people who "really" run fast. Oh well, back to mom's basement.

Hilarious! Another letsrun poster who doesn't understand simple high school running. Let's just have her run 2 times hard, wouldn't want to burn her out. She runs hard workouts in practice to run easy in races. Smacky, the Runner Clown.

I can make you keep posting all day, little dancing monkey.
And at the end of it, you still won't know sh*t about sh*t.
PLEASE keep talking. lol

Interview is up on MileSplit. She said today was to focus on hills and run easy on the downhills. She thought she could have been 15-20 seconds better with an all out effort. Wasn't shooting for the course record but thought if she had a good workout she'd be close. She confirmed she has only run hard a couple times this year - she didn't say which races but it's pretty obvious those were Rhode Island and Holmdel. She seemed to indicate she will run hard this Thursday at the Rockland county championships at Bear Mountain.
no, no, no it can't be, facts don't matter on this laughing stock of a discussion board! Recall in interview after Rhode Island she said something to the effect of being a lot faster this year, and this year was going to be a really good year. Sounds like she is ready for something like 30 seconds faster than last year.

Agreed. Ban the nut job! Nothing better to do with your time? Go read Runner'sWorld or sign up for their forums, it may help.

Within 15 seconds of all out is still a hard effort.
In fact it might be closer, or the same, as all out effort than she thinks
So, she's going to run "hard" at county. Does that mean all out, or just a workout again.
I see no reason for an all out effort at a low key county meet.
Yep, exactly what I've been saying for quite some time now. She can tell the difference going just over 1 second faster per quarter mile? Just call it a race, not this bullcrap that she wasn't going all out. I had a coach just like this, too funny. Try hard, but don't go ALL OUT. Yes, that'll really aid in recovery for a 16 year old. I wish her well and know she'll do well regardless of what they call it, but stop with the downplaying, there's too many dummies on this site that fall for it. Ridiculous.
You realize Katelyn did the same thing last year and, guess what, she improved about 20-25 seconds from her workout effort to her all out effort... stop pulling out bs, there is precedent here and it’s obvious that she wasn’t going all out. Clearly she can tell the difference....

You're not really paying attention to what you're reading, or the progression of this part of this thread, or the ability of even the simplest-minded poster to easily alter their anonymous screen names, which I've kindly just illustrated for you above...so you literally have no idea whatsoever who you're even mad at.
Reconcile yourself with how silly that makes you look to me, and for the love of god, and your own self respect, just...stop...speaking.
Have a lovely day. :-)
