Well what would you say if I told you that I'm flat footed, my back is arched in a way that doesn't allow my knees to come up when i run, my feet are pronated, my daily diet consists of Dr. Pepper and hot cheetos, my sleep patterns are abnormal being that i stay up all hours of the night and sleep during the day(sometimes for a couple days straight), and not to mention during my peek summer training i only get upto about 50 miles a week and during season i'm at about 25 miles a week?
