This is great. Is there a version where Jonathon Marcus talks less and Mike Smith talks more?

The track doc is there you f!$#ing idiots. It’s just a separate tab at the bottom.
Does he REALLY develope an athlete or just training them where they are now?????
Sounds similar to Renato's training in a lot of ways, no? Work on the speeds above and below race pace and gradually do more and more race pace work as the season progresses, all while at altitude preferably.

The google doc is deleted. There is no separate tag on the file download
I would also love a copy of the doc:
Thank you for your help and willingness to share.
if you're willing to share I would like a copy

I wonder how the treadmill sprints actually get done. There is obviously a ramping up and comng down phase of running that fast at that incline. Seems kind of dangerous.
Once you are warmed up, it’s not that hard- you use the hand rails and kind of jump up and move your feet to the side and then step down off the back and walk around until recovered, then repeat the process in reverse. I don’t know if that’s how they do it but I have done it this way without a problem.

Good Lord, this. He doesn't know how to be concise and he doesn't know when his guests have more interesting things to say than he does.
... and he crowds out Magness with his rambling. It's a shame because some percentage of it is actually smart.
if you could send it to jobbles1000@gmail.com I would appreciate it. Thanks!

He over-committed himself and let everyone down. Probably should do a podcast about the dangers of over-commitment and spend an hour and a half almost getting to some kind of point but changing the subject at the last second and rambling about something unrelated.

Ah yes. That is what the people want.
The file is posted on this thread, on page 1. Reading comprehension is apparently an issue with you guys.
Holy cow.
Could I get a copy of that as well if possible???
It would be much appreciated and thanks for putting it together!!
Here's another good bit.
Could you send that my way too if you don't mind? rynorunning@yahoo.com
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
