Some of these coaches would slit the throats of cute little puppies if they could make $50k per year.

Looks like the alcoholic coaches are starting to stumble in to this convo
It isn’t good enough that every snowflake is special.
Now it’s about how the person being underpaid to coach your mediocre ass is less than special.

LOL
You think you've got problems?
Try my job. Priests/track coaches...all the same.
..why get married; is your piece of paper from the state make you feel more stable..? I’m of the belief that the legal system is not favorable to males. Also why get married unless you plan on being a father or you want to be married because that’s what you’re faith says and you are a sheeplike..just following along with conventions that have proven to fail at least 50% of the time. Unmarried you can have as many relationships as you want with any and all consensual partners.
I mean I'll be monogamous, but also I will never marry. I never found true love in my youth. And now that I'm older, the only thing I know that is true is that you gotta love yourself first.
1) Mentally ill, do not judge.
2) Clinically obese, do not judge.
3) Homosexual, do not judge.
4) Trans, do not judge.
5) Single man over 40, something must be wrong with him. [Not fair!]
Yeah, Mark Wetmore is a real unsuccessful creeper.
I have no idea what this means

Lol you're trying way too hard here. 0/10
You ever hear of gay men?
Get a brain.
I like the "hanging to their youth" expression. Generally people who use that expression can hardly set an example of "maturity" themselves. It's either young kids who think they are cool or angry old men who realized they wasted too much time and now want to s**t on everyone's picnic.
We all know people like that. The kind that lived their whole life bending for the system trying to please everyone around them and now are bitter because other people are trying to achieve things they themselves never had the courage to try. Including their own children.
Sometimes it even comes down to the point of (online) accusing a 40 year old they don't know of being weird just because he didn't cave in to social pressure of getting married.
Some people can't accept the fact that there are people who don't waste energy trying to fit in. They have their own hobbies but don't feel the need to post it all over social media because they are busy enjoying them.
Coaching is a lot more than improving a team/individual fitness. It's about being able to connect with other people and forming people of merit. They give back to society and it's not for everyone.
"Segway"? Really? Are you that illiterate? It's "segue". My god.

I believe that it means you stated such sound logic, that it cyber-stomped Pedro Pan's face.
Why would a coach in their 40s be single be any different than a non coach in their 40s being single?
So I think the OP is saying "Are single people in their 40s weird?" I'll go with no. Are there some weird ones? Of course. Are their some weird married people - of course.
And I'm in my 40s and single for another month. I'm not a coach but I'm glad I won't be weird in a month. Although I have been married before.
I did have more than few woman say they'd rather date a guy my age who had been married before. With the thinking being if you are single at my age you're either a player or have commitment issues.

He's married to one of his former athletes, common law if nothing else.
Congrats on getting married!
You could still be weird, though.

Have you zero sense of self-irony when you write? Goodness, those consensual relationships between unmarried partners have worked out so well, haven't they? Face palm!
And do you think many people disbelieve their "faith" and merely follow along while disbelieving?
Yes, there are plenty of problems with marriage today. Casual consensual relationships don't seem to be serving society better, though, and given that more than 80% of direct abortions are from pregnancies in unmarried women, it seems that they are worse. And do you think it is mere coincidence that HIV infections exploded into an epidemic following the Sexual Revolution which involved lots of casual consensual sex?

I'll take it! I don't get accused of being logical very often!
Pedro Pan, what planet have you been living on?!
An unmarried coach in their 40s is likely someone living on their own terms, which is good.
Also, it ain't the 1950s. They might just be going buns up for an alien fungus, who knows?
