Race is Saturday. Who you got individuals and team?
On the men's side, Nathan Kwan makes another return to Nats. He's always been a threat at the front and has run some speedy times in the past. He won the Pacific Regional pretty easily. For the team race, I'm pretty biased, so I'll just put 5 teams I think have a great chance of clinching the title (in no particular order): Indiana, Purdue, Penn State, Michigan and UC Davis. I know very little about UC Davis, but they beat Cal Poly and Oregon (heard rumors about teammate going D1) who have looked great earlier this season.
On the women's side, I don't see how you could pick any team over Penn State. They had a rough regionals race due to a few key individuals that weren't present. They return 7 of their top 7 from last year, have some new runners who broke into that top 7 and Suz Stein looks like she is the favorite to win individually. Michigan looks good, but they will have to have a good day to have a chance imo.
Good luck to everyone racing this weekend!
