In an ideal marathon conditions or even half marathon and 10k, does your running shirt get totally soaked in sweat, or that in most people it is meant to stay dry and able to dehydrate the sweat out?
Usually when I run even when it’s chilly early morning and not to humid My shirt gets totally soaked with sweat even after a 10k run, and it’s one of those running shirts not regular cotton shirt
Make sure to liberally apply some kind of lubricant to your nipples otherwise it's going to hurt.
I recall one time I was running with a white technical material shirt and I didn't notice until I was done that both nipples had been bleeding. Shirt was a mess, blood stains pouring down from the nipples location.

Yes. And ideal running conditions for me are high 30s/low 40s. I still sweat quite a bit.
I don't drink anything for 24 hours before running so that I don't sweat.

I find body glide works up to about 90 minutes for me (+-30 minutes depending on humidity, rain, temp...) and beyond that I need to go with tape/bandaids.
