As a very extroverted college student it's been hard to stay away from parties and booze, especially since I started my senior year in high school and enjoyed it ever since. I'd say I drink to at least a tipsy level about 2-3 times a week on weeknights, and almost every Friday and Saturday night, excluding nights before meets and high intensity track workouts... Teammate has been giving me crap about being a degenerate, but I just keep telling him as long as I'm running fast times it's all good. Any of you have experience with alcohol consumption and success in running? One of my buddies told me it kills nerves in your legs, not sure if that's true.
The one's who get arrested for DUI, harassment, stalking, disorderly conduct have it better than the one's who never get arrested. The one's who get arrested get sent to court ordered treatment. The one's who never get arrested end up ruining their internal organs and have degeneration of their brain.
