Pretty much all the rumors & internet fears of antiperspirants has been debunked. As far as aluminum . . . well, there's no evidence it, or any ingredient in antiperspirants are actually harmful to the body. Also, the body can't even absorb a significant amount of aluminum to begin with.
So all letrunners, for the sake of your neighbors, co-workers & everyone, please wear antiperspirants or at least deodorant. You smell a lot worse than you think you do.
