Ok, basically you will probably get tired of hearing about this from me, but I'm in this running thing for my own improvement and not your sensitivities, and I have a long way to go, so here it continues:
1) Ran 14 miles on Saturday. Had planned to only do 13 until last week when everyone and their brother told me to up the mileage quicker, so I did 14 and it was nothing pretty much - will do 15 next weekend. I did it at a very comfortable pace and finished in 1:47:20 (7:40 pace).
2) I will probably do next week's run at a similarly easy pace and then start doing the Wednesday moderate runs (10 miles this week) at a faster pace.
Anyway, that's my deal for now. Putting it down to keep me honest. Any comments/suggestions from you are appreciated but not required.
Man, if I do all this and then don't come anywhere near my PR in October, I'm gonna have to change my user name.
