Do yoga 3 to 4 days a week for help with flexibility, breathing, relaxation, focusing.
in addition to my workouts i/m already doing for sprinting?

No, clearly he meant don't do any workouts anymore and only do yoga...
obviously yogas superior than all forms of exercise. its not like i need to sprint to get better at sprinting
